Is it possible to get shaddy pitches?

Most pitches are shaddy. There are no numbered pitches and you can choose where you want to stay when you get here.

Is it possible to have the car close ro the caravan or tent?

Yes, you can place the vehicles in your pitches or close to the tent.

 

Are tents close to caravans and camping cars?

No, we have separated areas for tents.

 

Can we use barbeques?

You can use gas ou electric barbeques, but no charcoal barbeques. We have special barbeque places (in stone) all over the campsite, you just have to have the grilling grid and the charcoal.

 

If I am getting later than expected, what can I do?

After reception is closed you can still check-in until 22h as long as you leave an identity piece with the night guard. In case you have a reservation please try to contact us by e-mail or phone.

At what time should we check-out?

For camping until 17h . If you are in a rental facillity: until 11h.

 

Can we get visitors?

Visitors are allowed in specific terms and fee (please check with the reception).

 

Do you accept minors?

People under 18 must be in the presence of at least one of the parents. 

 

Do you accept groups?

We have some restrictions regarding large groups, but some exceptions are allowed by prior arrangements. (Please contact us by email or phone)

 

Is there a swimming pool at the campsite ?

Yes, there is a small swimming pool for our customers (not open to the public).

 

How close is the nearest beach ?

Praia de Mira is 4 km and Poço da Cruz is 7 km away.

 

From the 15th of June until the 15th September there is a small shop and a snack-bar with some meals.

 

Does the campsite offer WIFI ?

Yes, although only in a limited area close to the reception.

 

Is there security at the site ?

There is an electronic surveillance system and the guard lives on-site. In medium and high season there is personal entry control by access cards.

 

Is it possible to book campsite pitches?

Since we don't have numbered pitches we can only accept bookings for rental facilities.

Can I choose my pitch?

When you arrive you can choose your place according to your equipment (tent, caravan or camping car)

 

How can I pay for my booking ?

Bank transfer.

 

What shall I do if I don't get my booking confirmation ?

All bookings must be confirmed by e-mail. If you don't hear from us please try reaching us by phone or resend your e-mail request.

 

Opening hours

In low season we are open from 9h30 to 12h30 and from 14h to 18h30. In high season from 9h to 21h.
