Advanced bookings can only be guaranteed after an advanced payment of 25% of the total ammount of the stay. 

Total cost of the stay must be fully paid at arrival. No refunds for early departure or late arrivals.

Cancelled reservations are not entitled to refund unless over 30 days prior to the stay. In that case 50% of the advanced payment is refunndable.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we will only guarantee you reservation for 24 hours.

 

Discounts for long stays: Low season: 10% = > 4 nights / 20% => 8 nights Medium and high season: 10% = > 10 nights / 15% => 14 nights / 20% => 20 nights
